In December 2006 EPA provided a presentation to review the SPCC Rule amendments. This presentation provided an overview of the SPCC Rule and detailed how the the December 2006 amendments affected the following: 1) Smaller Capacity Oil Storage Facilities, 2) Oil-Filled Operational Equipment and 3) Other Regulatory Revisions. The presentation additionally provided guidance on compliance dates, extension proposals and oil discharge reporting and a preview of additional rulemaking that was being planned.
