 AGA Alert – Greenhouse Gas Best Available Control Technology (BACT) EPA Guidance (Oct. 16, 2009) 

On October 16, 2009 AGA alerted members that EPA was in the process of developing Best Available Control Technology (BACT)
guidelines to help states determine BACT for sources that exceed the 25,000 ton per year threshold in EPA’s proposed rule for greenhouse gas major sources under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Rule.
