AGA Letter to EPA Administrator Jackson on PSD Tailoring Rule – Role of Natural Gas in Climate Policy (Jan. 22, 2010)

On January 22, 2010 Dave Parker, President and CEO of AGA, submitted a letter to EPA Administrator Jackson on the PSD Tailoring Rule.  This letter urges EPA to raise the potential to emit PSD thresholds to 100,000 tpy for natural gas combustion sources.  In addition, AGA encourages EPA to defer the implementation of the PSD Tailoring Rule for up to two years to provide states needed additional time to adopt the proposed higher threshold.
