 AGA Comments on EPA Finding of Endangerment – Climate Change Proposal (June 23, 2009) 

On June 23, 2009 AGA submitted comments on the EPA's proposed finding that greenhouse gas emissions from new motor vehicles cause or contribute to air pollution which may reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health and welfare within the meaning of Clean Air Act section 202(a).  These comments stated that the lowest carbon option is to use natural gas directly at the customer site.  AGA urged EPA to withdraw and defer the proposal to avoid unintended environmental results.
