PHMSA Notice: Establishing MAOP Using Record Evidence, and Integrity Management Risk Identification, Assessment, Prevention, and Mitigation 

This PHMSA Advisory Bulletin was developed in response to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) San Bruno incident preliminary findings and recommendations that were issued to PHMSA on January 3, 2011 P-10-1 (Urgent).  The Advisory Bulletin, however, is broader and goes beyond the safety recommendations made by the NTSB.  AGA is reviewing relevant documents and working with members to identify specific concerns.
