 PHMSA Advisory Bulletin: Clarifications Regarding the Implementation of the National Registry for Operators (January 13, 2012) 

On January 13, 2012 PHMSA issued an Advisory Bulletin to notify operators of pipeline facilities of PHMSA’s plan regarding the
implementation of the national registry of pipeline and liquefied natural gas operators.  This advisory bulletin provides a table that identifies the expected submission dates for the various submissions that are related to the national pipeline operator registry.  In addition, PHMSA provided a few clarifying questions and responses.
