Last year, AGA recommended the development of a technical note to provide guidance to natural gas service companies in developing an emergency response plan.  With the assistance of members of the Utility & Customer Field Services and Communications & Marketing Committees, the Industry Considerations for Emergency Response Plans Technical Note is now available to download from  This document is intended to assist operators in identifying issues and information to consider in structuring its emergency response communication plan and provide links to resources for operators and emergency responders.
