Manager, Member Services

AGA’s Manager, Member Services will:

  • Collaborate on member and affiliate recruitment efforts
  • Manage and control the sponsorship program for all major AGA meetings/conferences
  • Produce written content for membership marketing initiatives such as e-communications, newsletter updates, direct mail postcards and letters, website content and social media postings
  • Initiate member/potential member outreach
  • Supports data management to ensure accuracy of records

Candidates should:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an association environment related to membership, marketing, or communications.
  • Be effective communicators and reliable colleagues
  • Know how to perform membership related research and analytics 
  • Have near-expert-level command of CRM systems, preferably netFORUM
