Manager, Member Services
AGA’s Manager, Member Services will:
- Collaborate on member and affiliate recruitment efforts
- Manage and control the sponsorship program for all major AGA meetings/conferences
- Produce written content for membership marketing initiatives such as e-communications, newsletter updates, direct mail postcards and letters, website content and social media postings
- Initiate member/potential member outreach
- Supports data management to ensure accuracy of records
- Have at least 3 years of experience in an association environment related to membership, marketing, or communications.
- Be effective communicators and reliable colleagues
- Know how to perform membership related research and analytics
- Have near-expert-level command of CRM systems, preferably netFORUM
