Registering for someone else?
If you are not attending the AGA Operations Conference but are registering for another individual or a group of individuals, please select Registration Category "Registering for Others" and then Registration Type "Select if NOT attending but registering Other(s)". You will need to register for the conference (but there are no fees attached to this registration type) and then you will see an "Add Colleague" button at the top and the bottom right of the summary page. Click on this button to add your colleague(s). Please make sure you select the appropriate registration type for each person that you register.

GENERAL INFORMATON

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing via email. Please provide a reason for the cancellation or substitution. Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, April 21, 2017 in order to qualify for a refund minus a $150.00 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER April 21st; however, substitutions will be permitted. Email notice to Annemarie O'Donoghue at aodonoghue@aga.org. You may also self cancel by logging in with your email and password and clicking on unregister.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION
An accompanying guest is a spouse, family member or friend who is not an industry-related employee. Guest registration may not be used by a co-worker or an associate within the industry. Please register all guests that will be accompanying you to the Operations Conference. This information will be used for badge purposes and guests may be invited to various social events during the Operations Conference.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
