World Gas Conference
The World Gas Conference is held every three years in the country holding the Presidency of the International Gas Union (IGU). WGC 2018, being held June 25-29, 2018, will mark the culmination of the USA Presidency, under the theme “Fueling the Future.” Presented by the International Gas Union (IGU) which is the recognized Global Voice for the Gas Industry representing 97 percent of the global gas industry, this is the only event that is conducted by the industry, for the industry.
For the first time in the 85 year history of IGU, the World Gas Conference will be held in a country that is both the world’s largest gas producing and consuming nation – the USA. Held in the nation’s capital, Washington D.C., it is ideally positioned to bring together energy policy experts and industry leaders from around the world.
Speakers from within and outside the gas industry, along with key policy makers will present their views on the most timely and topical, technical, commercial and strategic, issues and opportunities facing the natural gas industry.
