Event Overview

The Gas Utility Operations Best Practices Program Kick-Off Meeting is scheduled for January 19, 21, 25 and 28, 2021. The format (virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams) is significantly different this year, so please review this information. The three Roundtable Topics for 2021 are:

  1. Damage Prevention
  2. Leak Repair
  3. Carbon and Methane Emissions Reduction

The Kick-Off Meeting will discuss each of the three topics on separate days, and then Company Profile and System Reliability questions will be reviewed on the last day. On the first day we will also offer a brief introduction to the Best Practices Program and the Kick-Off Meeting format, including the confidentiality requirement in the signed agreement.

We are specifically asking all Best Practices participating companies to have ONE Best Practices Contact register for the Kick-Off Meeting. That one registration will include an unlimited number of attendees from each company registering, so your company contact should invite their subject matter experts to each meeting covering their area of expertise.
