AGA and EEI are pleased to announce the preliminary agenda for this fall's Beyond the Boardroom program, which will provide your company's directors with a comprehensive, expert overview of all the major facets of the energy industry's policy and governance challenges. This fall's program, on October 15-16 at AGA's gleaming new headquarters office near the nation's Capitol, will feature a thorough examination of all major public policy issues as well as our in-depth look at audit, accounting and financial reporting.

We urge you to encourage your directors to attend. Beyond the Boardroom is the single best venue for your directors to examine the rapid changes in public policy, technology, finance, regulation and customer expectations impacting both the electricity and natural gas industries. Ideal for both new and continuing directors, our program will help give your directors a critical edge as they help guide your own companies into the future.

Please refer to the website for online registration and the latest information. This program is a free service to boards of directors of EEI and AGA member companies.

This program will be held at the American Gas Association headquarters. Should you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact:
