Webinar: Subpart W of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program

Join the American Gas Association (AGA) for a webinar on Subpart W of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP), which is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s mandatory GHG emissions reporting program for the oil and gas industry, including many natural gas utilities.  The webinar will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. ET. 

AGA’s Office of General Counsel will provide an overview of Subpart W and the GHGRP, AGA’s history of advocacy regarding the GHGRP, current Subpart W requirements for the natural gas distribution segment, EPA’s recently proposed revision to Subpart W and how it relates to the Inflation Reduction Act methane fee, an overview of AGA’s comments on the proposal, and a look at what is to come.
