Fueling Our Workforce

Protecting the Frontline

Building on our 2025 launch of this initiative, AGA is continuing to offer tools and resources to help keep our field workers safe.

AGA aims to strengthen awareness and industry action around field worker assaults, from informative webinars, to advocacy, to in-person workshops on how AGA member companies are taking action to drive home the importance of worker safety and security.

Natural Gas Exercise 2026 (NGX-2026)

NGX is hybrid (virtual and in-person), distributed play exercise for the Natural Gas Pipeline Industry, brought to you by AGA and tailored to the needs of AGA and INGAA member companies. NGX creates an interactive environment to test and validate plans for the response to and recovery from cybersecurity and physical security threats.

This is the first exercise focused solely on the natural gas industry and will be the third iteration of this event. The last biennial exercise held in 2024 hosted approximately 250 participants from 50 organizations.

Pipeline Safety Management Systems (PSMS) Workshop

Presentations during the PSMS Workshop include discussions on how operators are implementing PSMS, how operators are working to review their PSMS program effectiveness, and how operators address any challenges they have experienced with implementing PSMS.
