Amy is responsible for the strategic development and management of human resources programs for active and retired employees.
Externally, Amy holds overall responsibility for human resources policy, workforce and labor-related member committees and participates regularly in industry workforce development groups and activities.
Amy has enjoyed a nearly 20-year career in HR spanning several different industries and working both as an outside consultant and as a corporate HR practitioner. She has a depth of experience in all functional areas of HR and a passion for employee development.
Amy holds a BA in History from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from The Robert H. Smith School at the University of Maryland. Amy holds a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification from the HR Certificate Institute and has also served as Chair of the certification council.
