2024 AGA Transmission Measurement Committee (TMC) Winter Meeting

The Transmission Measurement Committee (TMC) supports member companies in natural gas flow measurement, including calculation of physical and thermodynamic properties for custody transfer purposes. They also cover ancillary and auxiliary devices and electronic flow measurement systems. The TMC is involved in gas quality management and odorization and works closely with other standards groups such as the American Petroleum Institute (API) and Gas Processors Association (GPA) to create compatible standards for the natural gas industry. The TMC meets three times a year, one in winter and two in conjunction with other committees in spring and fall. Members are encouraged to participate in the creation, revision, and editing of technical publications.
