2024 Spring Gas Piping Technology Committee (GPTC) Meeting

The Gas Piping Technical Committee (GPTC) Members meet three times annually to develop new content for the ANSI Z380.1, “Guide for Gas Transmission, Distribution, and Gathering Piping Systems” (GPTC Guide). The March meeting will be held in-person, and registrants will receive meeting information once registration is complete. The registration fee is $475 per attendee. The primary objective of the GPTC Guide is to provide operators with assistance in complying with the intent of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) in the performance requirements contained in the Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipelines, Title 49 Subchapter D-Pipeline Safety: Part 191 – Annual Reports, Incident Reports, and Safety-Related Condition Reports; and Part 192 – Minimum Federal Safety Standards (typically referred to hereinafter as the “Regulations”).
