2026 Fueling Her Future

Apr 21, 2026 – Apr 23, 2026
Washington, DC

As we approach the 10-year anniversary of AGA’s women’s leadership development program, we’re excited to share some big news — the program is being rebranded as Fueling Her Future!

This evolution reflects both the incredible growth of our participants over the past decade and our commitment to helping women continue to grow and lead within the natural gas industry. Along with a new name and look, the 2026 program will feature an enhanced format that includes an additional virtual session to deepen connection and learning throughout the year.

Fueling Her Future is designed to empower and develop women who are emerging leaders within their organizations. This industry-wide program is targeted for high-potential employees below the vice president level who are ready to step into greater leadership roles.
