Introducing Fueling Her Future (Formerly Next Level Leadership Women’s Program)

As we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of AGA’s women’s leadership development program, we’re excited to share that it’s entering a new era with a rebranded name and look — Fueling Her Future. This rebrand honors a decade of empowering women leaders across the natural gas industry and reflects our continued commitment to supporting their growth, confidence, and impact. Along with a new name and branding, the 2026 Alumna Program will feature updated content and expanded opportunities for connection with both peers and the current cohort.

2026 Fueling Her Future Alumna Program Overview

Session: October 18–20, 2026
In Person – Dallas, TX (in conjunction with AGA’s Executive Conference)

Alumna are invited to participate in the Executive Conference at no additional cost—providing direct access to senior industry leaders, thought-provoking sessions, and networking opportunities that bridge leadership levels across the energy sector. As part of the Fueling Her Future experience, Alumna will also enjoy a full day of programming, designed to build on their leadership journey and deepen connections with one another and the 2026 cohort:

• Morning (Alumna only): Versatility Check-Up – Reflect on your growth and progress since your initial versatility assessment
• Afternoon (Joint with 2026 Cohort): Everyday Influence – How to use presence to shape what happens next

These sessions will offer practical tools and renewed insights for strengthening influence, communication, and leadership agility.

This program is open to AGA members who have participated in past sessions of the Next Level Leadership Program (NLLWP). The cost to participate is $1,895 and includes Executive Conference access and full-day Alumna programming. We encourage early registration due to the limited spots for this program.
