AGA Congratulates Laura Swett on being named new Chairman of FERC and David LaCerte on swearing in

WASHINGTON – American Gas Association congratulated Laura Swett on being named as Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Commissioner David LaCerte on his swearing in. Chairman Swett and Commissioner LaCerte were nominated by President Trump and confirmed by the Senate on October 7, 2025, to serve on the Commission for terms expiring on June 30, 2030.
