AGA’s comments on DOE’s “Clean Energy for New Federal Buildings and Major Renovations of Federal Buildings” Proposed Rule – February 21, 2023
AGA recently filed extensive comments on DOE’s “Clean Energy for New Federal Buildings and Major Renovations of Federal Buildings” proposed rule. This proposal would require reductions in Federal agencies’ on-site fossil fuel use. AGA’s comments raised legal, technical, and economic objections to the proposed rule. AGA also drafted high-level, coalition comments which were joined by 12 other organizations.
