2026 AGA/EEI Spring Accounting Conference
The Spring Accounting Conference focuses on current topics of interest to industry accounting and finance professionals. The agendas are planned by the sponsoring committee leaders and are unique to each conference.
The following committees are hosting the conference:
- AGA Corporate Accounting Committee
- EEI Accounting, Reporting & Automation Committee
- AGA and EEI Property Accounting & Valuation Committees
- AGA and EEI Budgeting & Financial Forecasting Committees
- AGA & EEI FERC Accounting Liaison Committee
The attendees will meet for joint presentations in the General Session Room on topics that appeal to all the conference attendees. The breakout presentation will be held in the Breakout Rooms. The breakout session topics are focused on that particular discipline, including the highly rated roundtable discussion of questions submitted by conference attendees. This 2.5-day conference provides a forum for attendees to discuss current issues in the natural gas and electricity utility industry and an opportunity for professional development and networking.
Who Should Attend…….
The conference is open to employees of AGA and EEI member companies and associate members. The conference is not limited to AGA and EEI members. Typical attendees of this conference include a mix of staff, seniors, and upper management of accounting and finance, budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
On a limited basis, non-members from other industry participants such as natural gas pipeline companies, unregulated generation and energy trading companies, electric distribution companies including municipal and cooperative electricity powders, are allowed to attend.
