TSA Cyber NPRM AGA Comments
On February 5, AGA submitted comments to TSA’s Enhancing Surface Cyber Risk Management Proposed Rule. If finalized the proposal would formalize many of the elements of the Security Directives, which have governed the management of cyber risks for critical pipeline infrastructure since 2022. In addition to familiar elements, the proposal introduced corporate governance, employee training, and supply chain risk management requirements.
